 Artist Statement 

Being an international student, it is really difficult. You are all alone in a different country, another culture, and probably speaking a different language. The process is difficult begging to end. Being an international student myself I think the best way to make the process easier is to get to know the place you are going. Knowing the culture, knowing the place, and even knowing the people in there.

My dream place to live is California, to be more exact Los Angeles. This is why I choose to photograph this place. Of course my main purpose of this project is to help other people. I want to capture the essence of the culture United States, how people are, and how things are in general. All of this is to help improve the process for international students that are coming here to America.
